Titanroyale - Fantasy Clicker Game

What the project was about.
Titanroyale is a fantasy-themed clicker game inspired by the gameplay of Cookie Clicker but designed to be more dynamic and engaging. I found that games like Cookie Clicker become monotonous, both in gameplay and visuals, so I decided to create something different. In Titanroyale, instead of clicking to gather resources, you are clicking to attack enemies in a DnD-inspired world.
The core mechanic revolves around multiple attacks, each with its own damage output and cooldown, which makes the game more interactive and strategic. You also have to be faster than your enemies, as they can attack back. Defeating them grants you gold, which you can use to upgrade your abilities or hire mercenaries to aid in battle. Unlike Cookie Clicker, where you earn rewards for every click, Titanroyale rewards you only when you defeat enemies, adding a layer of challenge.
The game also features sound effects for attacks, enhancing the immersive experience. My goal was to create a fast-paced, engaging clicker game that feels more like an action-packed adventure, with a deep fantasy theme.
Key Features:
- Multiple attack types with varied damage and cooldowns
- Enemy attacks, adding urgency and challenge
- Gold rewards for defeating enemies, not just clicking
- Upgradeable mercenaries to help defeat tougher enemies
- Fantasy-themed sound effects for attacks
Future Development:
- Expanding the fantasy world with new enemy types
- Adding more complex mechanics such as magic spells
- Implementing multiplayer modes or global leaderboards
Conclusion.
Titanroyale was a passion project born out of the desire to create a more dynamic and visually interesting clicker game. Combining elements of fantasy with clicker mechanics resulted in a game that feels more strategic and engaging than traditional clicker games. I’m excited about the future of this project and can’t wait to continue developing it!
